Profile: Andy Reid
Based in the Midlands, Andy Reid graduated from the Birmingham Institute of Fine Art and he has worked as an artist for the past ten years. During that time he has also worked as a mural artist for several international clients including American Airlines.
Andy’s work holds a strong figurative element which through his painting technique may be reduced to virtual abstraction. The technique is a variant of ”wet on wet” style, where there is no clear evidence of brush mark, more akin to a photographic finish.
